Reservations
The Vatican Suites has been transformed recently in Hotel-Residence; it's composed from several types of accommodations: studios, suites and apartments . Every lodging is various from the other. In order to reserve, you must send the request by e-mail , fax or telephon to our call center, and filling in the reservation form . Once forwarded the request, please wait our response. If you decide to book you will have to send the data required by fax or e-mail. You will be requested to pay a deposit of the 20% of the total amount of your reservation at the moment of your definitely reservation or you will be requested to give your credit card details for booking guarantee purposes only, and no amount will be charged from your card and you will pay the whole amount directly to Villa Tassoni upon your arrival.
The deposit (20%) could be paid by bank transfer or by credit card.

As soon as we receive all your data we will send you our written confirmation by e-mail. The minimal period of reservation it's of 3 nights for the Studios, 5 nights for Suites and the Apartments.
Cancellation Policy
It's possible to cancel a single reservation if carried out 7 days before the arrival.
No amount will be charged to the credit card if the cancellation is made 7 days before the arrival . In the case of a late cancellation or no-show, the full cost of one night every 5 nights reserved will be charged. To carry out a cancellation, it is necessary to use the same channel used for the booking: a booking made on-line must be cancelled on-line, while a booking made through the Reservation Centre or a Travel Agent can only be changed by means of the channel used initially.
The Special Offers are restricted to a limited number of rooms and not applied in particularly busy periods. When these have been booked, further reservations under these conditions may not be accepted, even when the hotel still has vacancies.
